Returns & Exchanges

At Hello Black Child, we want you and your little ones to love every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print it out and securely package your items in their original packaging if possible.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Please ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
